Videos not playing inside FC Pulse

Fluent player videos inside FC Pulse are not playing whereas inside fluent community they are playing. What setting did i miss in FC Pulse?

Dragan Stamenkovic

It works well. Could you tell me in what context you are playing the videos? In an article? On a page? Using an added block?
Please open ticket support if I don’t found the problem here.
See you

Suneel Kommabathula OK. I precise more. Witch type of content you use with Fluent Player ? Vimeo, Youtube, Bunny, native ?

Video courses hosted on Bunny.net added in Fluent Community in FluentPlayer. Attached screenshot.

Suneel Kommabathula That’s exactly what I thought. I had identified this bug involving Fluent Player and otherstorage alternatives, and it will be fixed in an upcoming update.

Suneel Kommabathula

oh...its a bug....k then i will wait for the update. How soon can i expect the update?

Dragan Stamenkovic

Suneel Kommabathula Yes, this isn't a bug in FCA Pulse, but rather in Fluent Player, specifically when using alternative sources. It will be fixed as soon as possible.

Hi Dragan, your videos are playing without any problem inside FC Pulse. You are also using fluent player, how come your videos are working and mine are not? I have added a publicly available youtube video in one of the course lessons in fluent player, still getting the same error as shown in the screenshot earlier. What should i do? Also are there any affordable video hosting services other than bunny.net which you recommend?

Suneel Kommabathula Because I don't use Bunny. The bug was related to this service.
The update containing the fix is now live. For my training courses, I use my own server directly, or alternatively, YouTube

There are many storage services available. Each one is different, and you need to identify your specific requirements (storage capacity, data protection, speed, cost, etc.). Your choice will depend on these factors. It’s a broad topic that I cannot cover in a single comment.
