5 - This preview serves only one purpose: to show you in real time how your identity will appear to your clients when you leave a comment, upload a file, or add a note.It's just filler to make the bubble look realistic—it has no other function. Admittedly, the wording can be confusing, so I'll replace it with: I've added a new document to your space.
6 - These are settings related to Fluent Community. You need to ask them to allow you to add the padlock icon to protected links, in addition to courses and groups.
As announced, the update is now live with 11.73.12. I've also taken the opportunity to improve page saving and refreshing. Changes will now be reflected automatically, and a second browser refresh will no longer be necessary.
