Tremendous work you’ve made! You can be proud of yourself. I also have questions:
- do you plan on releasing a feature that forces students to take on assignments between each lesson? I’d like an option to submit voice notes instead of simple quizzes (which can be answered to randomly)
- About your integrations: do they only deal with courses or are they community wide? (For example, the “online now” module, the tip of the day etc)
- Events: have you integrated Ross’ addon or is it natively yours? Because I think we can all agree that his system isn’t reliable as of now

First of all, thank you for your compliments. It's very kind of you. Thank you also for your very relevant questions. I will answer them as precisely as possible.
Question 1 : Actually, it's already in place, and I just think I didn't explain it well enough. What you're asking about is the core of the PRO version, with the workflow. Within it, you'll be able to create the workflow according to your own checks. You have numerous safeguards at your disposal that you can combine. There are four main categories, each containing even more.
For you utilisation, you need to use Drop a deliverable with media. The client need to add media (video, audio or record screen) for continue in parcours.
a - Drop a deliverable: The client must provide a file, comment, media, or note.
- Submit deliverable — File, document / Comment / Media / Card / Link / Note
b - Prove an achievement: Client validation, on-site photo, or third-party validation.
- Client validation from text, video or audio
- Photo / Field proof : Photo instruction from client
- Third-party validation : A unique link will be generated so the third party can validate without a WordPress account. (send link with supervisor)
c - Assess skills: Quiz, self-assessment, checklist, or external quiz.
- Quiz Evalution : Internal quiz / Import via LMS / Quiz Plugin / External Platform / Direct link
- Self-assessment : The user need minimum scoring for continue
- Internal checklist : The user need fixed all checklist for continue
d - Schedule an action: Appointment, event, LMS completion, or progressive unlock.
- Planning 1:1 or Collective. Internal scheduling / Import Calendar / External Platform / Direct link
- LMS Completion : Select your step in your courses
- Progressive unlock : Select step in your parcours
Question 2 : You choose in the course settings which Fluent Community group the widgets are assigned to. Check the attachment screenshot
Question 3 : Yes, it's planned as a native feature, as is Space Events. But for the moment, the plugins aren't stable or well-maintained enough. I would always prioritize quality and support over the "wow" factor.In the meantime, you can easily use Fluent Booking, Amelia, or The Events Calendar natively, which are also popular. You also have the option of using the built-in calendar.

On a side note, since you are an obvious incredibly gifted coder and since you’ve already integrated FC Addons you’ve created into your products, can you work on commission? I mean, can you potentially build other addons for your clients? Or would you be able to make the spaces on FC more interesting places? FC still aren’t considering working on this part I’m afraid, which is more than due… I understand your entire focus in on your million dollar product right now, but I’m just considering that you could build a lot for FC itself :)
Anne sophie Yes, of course I could. To be perfectly honest, I'm very focused on Client Vault right now. And if I try to do everything, I won't be able to do it all well. But if you want to share your needs, we can discuss them, and I'm sure something good will come of it.
I'm one of the first Fluent Community users, and even though the update schedule has returned to normal in the last two or three months, knowing the developers' philosophy, FC won't do everything and will stay true to its core principles. Even if it goes against the needs of some users. Overall usability will take precedence over everything else.
Dragan Stamenkovic that’s what I fear from FC. I am a relatively new user (since late January) so I’ve seen regular updates but they are always disappointing and devs never take into consideration our inputs (unlike you!!!) as you said so well.
I’m glad you’d give me the opportunity to discuss some things I’d like you to make some day, but I understand that isn’t a priority at all! I’ll focus on client vault myself. And I’m excited about the next update already!
