Pre-Purchase QUESTIONS
I like the concept of the Client Vault and would like answers to the following pre-purchage questions:
Q1. "Can the Journey feature be configured for fully open, non-linear access — where all content is available from day one with no step locking? One of our programs has no milestones or sequential gates by design. Progressive locking would conflict with its core philosophy. Can this be disabled per journey?"
Q2. "For programs with rolling enrollment — where members join at different times throughout the year — does each member get an individual journey instance? And can they all participate in the same FluentCommunity space simultaneously despite being at different points in their journey?"
Q3. "When you list FluentCommunity as 'LMS-like' in your connected LMS options — what specifically syncs between FluentCommunity and Client Vault? Does content access or activity completion in FluentCommunity trigger journey step advancement in Client Vault?"
Q4. "Does enrolling a member in a Client Vault journey automatically grant them access to a specific FluentCommunity space — and revoke that access on journey completion or cancellation? Or does this require manual setup or automation via FluentCRM?"
Q5. "Which specific events in Client Vault trigger FluentCRM tags? Can I define custom tags per event per journey — for example, applying a specific existing FluentCRM tag when a specific Client Vault step is validated? We have an existing 81-tag architecture in FluentCRM that needs to connect to program progress events."
Q6. "Can Client Vault read existing FluentCRM tags to determine access levels or journey routing — for example, if a contact already has a pattern tag applied in FluentCRM, can Client Vault use that to route them into the correct journey?"
Q7. "Does the Events feature support group coaching sessions where multiple enrolled members attend the same event simultaneously — not individual appointments? We run 90-minute weekly group coaching calls as part of a 90-day program. How does RSVP, replay tracking, and attendance recording work for a shared group session vs. a 1:1 booking?"
Q8. " We currently have two programs now with more planned. How would these map into ClientVault journey?"
Q9. How does Client management work? - Add Manually vs Automated during registration?
Q10. " Do you have allowance for Wordpress MCP"
Q11. " Do you allow for adding features/functions via php codes, change typography, etc via CSS codes - FluentSnippet? "
Q12." What are the minimum hosting requirements to run efficiently?"
Hello,
1 - Yes, of course, you have three modes available in the courses: 1:1 assisted mode, 1:1 free mode, and group (challenge) mode.
2 - You're probably referring to the 1:1 open or group (challenge) programs. Of course, each member has their own space and progress tracker. The difference between the two will be the timeframe, as challenges generally have a start or end date. Regarding access to the Fluent Community group, you manage access for that. Client Vault allows for automated registration, obviously, if you don't want to manage it manually. In any case, that's the whole point of merging Client Vault with a Fluent Community group, because the two are complementary and everyone can find their place regardless of their progress level. They follow the same program, but not necessarily at the same pace.
3 - The integration is deep with Fluent products, and particularly with Fluent Community. First, you can synchronize a learning path with a specific group, even down to specific topics if you don't want to post to the group's general feed.
By making this connection, automatic posts will be published, such as lesson unlocks and rewards earned by users, to empower everyone. It's a very rewarding way to raise everyone's level and boost motivation. You also have access to over 21 widgets (8 FC / 13 exclusive) that will be added to the Fluent Community group's sidebar. This connects Client Vault to Fluent Community and boosts interaction and motivation for everyone.
There are also other integrations with Fluent Community, including automations, but it would be too lengthy to share them here. You can find the complete list on the website here: https://clientvault.pro/en/features/
4 - You decide these parameters according to your strategy, whether it's done manually or automatically via, for example, native Fluent CRM connectors, Webhook, or REST API. The choice is yours :)
5 - You always have several ways to manage this, whether with the native Fluent CRM connector, a webhook, or a REST API.
For example, for Fluent CRM, here are all the connections available to date: https://clientvault.pro/en/integration/email-crm/
Input trigger (start automation):
Client enrolled / unenrolled in a journey / Journey completed / Step completed / Step feedback left / Milestone reached / Guardrail approved
Trigger within an automation: Enroll in a journey / Unenroll from a journey
And then, you configure your automation according to your strategy.
6 - You can do this natively with Fluent CRM using the IF condition
7 - Yes, of course you can do that. Just add the link to your live stream and everyone will receive it either by email, announcement in the group, or in the course calendar. You have a built-in calendar manager, or you can use Fluent Booking, Amelia, or The Events Calendar directly. You'll just need to add the events. Later, other connectors will be available, such as Space Events or FCA Events (once the plugins are more stable).
Regarding validation for an event, you can manage it manually or via a sub-step in your user journey where you "require" users to register to proceed to the next step. At that point, you can validate or leave the triggering process automatic. You create the functionality of your user journey as you wish.
8 - What do you mean by "program"? Are you referring to courses on Fluent Community or another LMS, for example?
If so, you can import them in two clicks (you can add as many courses as you like within the same learning path). Otherwise, you can simply create your learning path from scratch, however you want. There are no limits.
9 - You can do it manually, via CSV, or directly by role. Not all your users need access to the vault; you choose. For the user journey, you can manage it directly through automation, manually (by selecting the desired users from the list), or via CSV import.
10 - This will be implemented soon. However, it's not a priority at the moment. The plugin has just been released :) and I'm waiting for feedback from the community. A public roadmap will be shared shortly. Everyone will be able to vote on the features they want most. And then we'll decide together on their future integration.
11 - Yes, of course. The customization options are already quite extensive, but if you want to go even further, you obviously can. Just be mindful of the compatibility of your modifications. If it's CSS, it should be fine. Note that Client Vault has its own rendering engine, independent of its WordPress theme or plugins. If you need to add JavaScript or other more advanced development, I can't guarantee it will work correctly.
12 - I've tested it with shared, VPS, and dedicated servers, and it handles the load very well. Since you manage the server yourself, you can naturally upgrade it later. With hosting starting at €10-15 per month, it's a great place to begin. I recommend choosing a hosting plan with a large storage capacity if you plan to store everything on your server (media, videos, etc.). In any case, start with a small server, and it will be more than enough.
Dragan Stamenkovic Thank you for your responses...I am very encouraged that the plugin would be suitable for my use case. All your responses are acceptable except I would need further clarification on: "#10 - This will be implemented soon. However, it's not a priority at the moment."
Please confirm if integration with FluentCRM MCP servers will be implemented soon, even if limited. Thanks again and Keep up the good work.
Debo Of course, I'll do my best, even for a partial integration. Before integrating a new feature, I simply try to determine if it will be widely used and if it's urgent. Of course, new use cases will emerge, and MCPs are part of that. I can't promise next week, but in June, there will certainly be a pre-release, even a beta version, with MCP compatibility. 🙂 Thanks for your support 🙏
Dragan Stamenkovic Thank you...I like this response a lot better! :)
Does the 1 pro license allow for testing in staging/demo domain urls?
Debo You can only do that if it's the same domain. In that case, you need to create a subdomain. The license is linked to a domain.
