Phone rendering of the vault + question
Hello Dragan! Long time no see ;)
I haven’t tried it on the computer, but this is what my phone displays when I try to log into my vault. Is the addon’s frontend optimized for smartphone screens ? I was quite impressed by how intuitive the backend was on my smartphone.
I still haven’t figured out how to rename “Client Vault” and redesign its logo so that the signup/login page looks like my brand.. and i am not sure I understand well how a user from my community can access it - need another account or can use the same one? Thank you! :)
Hello,
Yes, of course, I've made a lot of fixes to the mobile display, and now it's very, very stable and works perfectly.
However, based on your screenshot, it looks like you have several menus nested within other menus, and I think that's why it's not working very well. Could you tell me how you're getting this interface? Which WordPress theme are you using? I need to understand.
Otherwise, submit a support ticket and create a temporary administrator account for me, and I'll make the change. I have a feeling it's related to your theme configuration within Fluent Community. It looks very much like that.
And you should know that if you're also using different plugins or other tools, the display with Fluent Community isn't guaranteed. The Fluent Community team has shared this possibility, but depending on usage, it's still quite buggy.
Attached is a preview of what it should look like.
Dragan Stamenkovic you’re right, it may be a theme issue but I don’t know why. I’ve had this problem across the platform - i have the hardest time creating articles / pages for example.
I’d love it if your explanation videos could include the set up of a page to access the vault as a user. Should be easy with a short code, but I’m struggling.
i still haven’t figured out how to change the name of the vault as well
Anne sophie Accessing the vault is very simple.
Either copy the vault's shortcode or use the Gutenberg widget in a WordPress page.
Then save the page (with any name you like) and your vault will appear.
