Booking Leads places a gateway screen in front of your calendar. Visitors first provide their email address, then answer a few questions. The calendar opens last.
- Even if they don't book, you have their contact information. You can follow up with them. Booking Leads can evenUp to three times more leads with the same traffic.
- Better-prepared appointments. Each answer awards points. Above your threshold, the calendar opens. Below it, you offer something else: an offer, a link, or a message. The contact stays with you.
- An alert bar called LeadPin that invites your visitors to book from any page on your site.
- Your leads arrive in your CRM with their answers, score, and the page they came from. FluentCRM, WP Fusion, or any other tool via webhook.
- Track every lead : where they came from, if they attended the appointment, and if they purchased.
- Do you have a team? Each lead automatically goes to the right sales rep, who gets notified on Slack, Teams, or email. You can also compare everyone's performance.
KEEP YOUR CURRENT SETUP
You keep your calendar. Booking Leads recognizes twelve booking systems, including free versions: Fluent Booking, Amelia, Bookly, Calendly, and others. Your leads remain on your server within your WordPress database. Nothing passes through our servers.
Are you an agency? White labeling is included. Your name, logo, and colors. Your clients only see your brand.
