What the site offers

sdravobiz.com is at once the Sdravobiz brand website, its store, its customer area, and its community. It features:

  • licenses for WordPress plugins published by the company — notably Client Vault, Booking Leads, FunnelCart, and FC Pulse — sold, invoiced, and served with updates from this site;
  • Evolution training courses, sold individually and accessible online in the member area;
  • Apogée Max, a coaching program for entrepreneurs subscribed to by application on a membership basis;
  • La Taverne, a community open for reading, and private areas reserved for customers of each service;
  • the blog, technical support, and the management area for orders, invoices, and licenses.

WordPress plugins are installed and run on the client’s website, on their own hosting. Sdravobiz S.R.L. hosts neither its clients’ websites nor the data they collect on them.

The online software Maymoune Apps and Pricati are operated from their own websites and governed by their own terms; they do not fall under these legal notices.

The plugin licensing and update server is operated on this same site, under the same conditions. It only receives from a client’s site that site’s address, the license key, the product identifier, and the installed version number.

Intellectual Property

The brands Sdravobiz, Apogée Max, Client Vault, Booking Leads, FunnelCart, FC Pulse, Maymoune Apps, and Pricati, the names of the Evolution training courses, the logos, the graphic charter, the website architecture, its texts, its illustrations, its screenshots, its videos, and all of the elements that comprise it are the exclusive property of Sdravobiz S.R.L. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Educational content — videos, materials, frameworks, templates, models, recordings of live sessions — is protected under the same terms. It is reserved for the personal use of the individual who has access to it, and may not be distributed, shared, resold, or used to train third parties.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever, without prior written authorization from Sdravobiz S.R.L., is prohibited. This prohibition does not preclude the rights granted by the plugin code license described below.

Clients’ content, trademarks, and distinctive signs, as well as the data they collect with the plugins, remain their exclusive property.

Plugin code license

The PHP code of the WordPress plugins published by Sdravobiz S.R.L. is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, in accordance with the WordPress ecosystem on which it depends.

The following are not covered by this license and remain protected under copyright and trademark law: product names and logos, images, illustrations, fonts, stylesheets, documentation content, and website texts.

What the customer acquires upon placing an order is not the code itself, but a license key entitling them, for a specified number of websites, to updates served from the publisher’s server and to support. The terms and conditions are detailed in Title II of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Content published by members

The website’s community areas allow members to post messages, replies, comments, and files. The author of a post remains responsible for it and guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to what they publish.

Sdravobiz S.R.L. has no general obligation to monitor this content. It may remove without notice any post that is clearly unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, contrary to community rules, or infringing on the rights of a third party, and suspend the author’s account.

Liability

Sdravobiz S.R.L. uses reasonable means to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee its completeness or the absence of errors. The features, prices, and availability presented are subject to change; only the terms and conditions in effect on the day of the order, as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, are binding on the company.

Demonstrations, screenshots, simulators, rates, figures, examples, and testimonials presented on the website are provided for illustrative purposes. They constitute neither a commitment to results nor a guarantee of commercial performance.

The website may contain links to third-party sites, over whose content Sdravobiz S.R.L. has no control and for which it disclaims all liability.
